Architecture: From a distance the holiday home looks like a traditional Canarian town house. Upon closer inspection, the modern elements of the completely newly-built country house are revealed to the observer: large glass fronts emerge between the massive natural stone walls and canopies and verandas establish flowing transitions between the house and the garden areas.
Space apportionment: The holiday home has been divided into two areas: the villa (180 m2), which is located on the first floor, with space for up to 6 people and access to the patio with outdoor dining area, and the suite (50 m2) for 2 persons, which is located on the ground floor and can be booked in addition to the villa in order to accommodate further guests.
Outdoor areas: A lot of thought was put into the design of the terraces, gardens and outdoor lounging areas. Enjoy an aerial view from the veranda on the first floor, sunbathe by the pool with panoramic sea views, enjoy the morning sun while having breakfast in the patio and end the day with a barbecue in the covered outdoor dining area overlooking the pool area.
The stylish living room is very spacious, with double sliding glass doors that lead to the veranda and offer stunning views of the unique landscape and the Atlantic Ocean. The country house style kitchen is well equipped and suits even the needs of a master of the culinary arts.
Entertainment program: A Bang & Olufsen TV with BEOSound-system offers entertainment at its best. In addition, a Satellite TV (Astra) and a DVD Player are available with which you can of course also play CDs. A DVD/Bluray collection is at your disposal for entertaining evenings.

The suite (which can only be booked in combination with the villa) offers a living room with integrated kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The suite constitutes an independent unit as it includes a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room with Satellite TV und DVD Player.
